Who We Serve
Special Connections provides family support services to eligible infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) and their families in Santa Cruz and San Benito counties. Early Start eligible families are families who have been identified through the San Andreas Regional Center as having a specific disability that qualifies them for services.
Support groups, peer to peer mentoring, and access to resources and information are available to our early start children & families.
