Sit Fit/Chair Class - Online

BORP AND SHARED ADVDNTURES have ADAPTIVE SPORTS AND RECREATION partnered to make the ONLINE program FREE for you!!!

Shared adventures participants who want to participate in BORP's programming should fill out the membership form here and select an annual membership. When

you get to check-out you can enter a code for free access - please email sharedactivities@yahoo.com for the code (please allow 24hrs to get code)

Nathan Perkins, a certified inclusive fitness instructor and former Paralympic athlete, leads this 30 minute class that is a combination of stretches, strength and cardio exercises all done in a seated position with or without weights. Great for all levels of fitness.
