Enjoy food trucks, refreshments, and time with Janice the therapy dog, celebrate our local Mental Health Honorees through an awards ceremony, learn about local mental health and wellness resources, and take part in Mindful Movement Yoga at 12:45 PM, a gentle and inclusive session open to all.
