The class consists of a series of breathwork exercises, meditation, and simple energy-balancing practice and provides practical, accessible methods for clarity, emotional balance, and enhanced energy. We will begin with brief breathwork and energy cultivation exercises. Upon completion of these practices, brief instruction will be provided, and the session will continue with a meditation integrating focused attention and open awareness styles.
This class is structured to engage the practitioner’s entire being—body, breath, subtle energetic system, and mind—to initiate the journey toward transforming our way of experiencing life.
